worng deduction of loan amount by BajajFinServ

Dear Sir,
I have taken a consumer durable loan for the product Sony MHCGZR888DACE12 which cost me Rs.24500/-. for the said item i have taken a loan of Rs. 16200/- from Bajajfinserv on dt. 24/3/12. The installment of the loan amount is Rs. 2025/- for 8 months through ECS from my UCO bank account.The first installment was deducted on 5/05/2012.with the same one more other person loan amount deduction of Rs. 1250/- is done from my account by BajajFinserv. I informed the matter to Area Manager Mr. Swaroop (Nagpur). but till now it is not been solved. I have called them several times but they not giving me positive response. For the same i am mentally and physically so harassed by BajajFinServ employee. So plz give me proper guidance to solve the problem.

    Dear Sir,
    I have taken a consumer durable loan for the product PANASONIC LCD L32C22 32″ which cost me Rs.23700/-. for the said item i have taken a loan of Rs. 19700/- from Bajajfinserv on dt. 28/08/11. The installment of the loan amount is Rs. 1408/- for 14 months through ECS from my SBI-NML BRANCH bank account.The first installment was deducted on 05/09/2011. I wish to inform you that the Statement of Account sent by you is incorrect as the loan amount mentioned by you in the statement is 25,344 in place of actual 19,700 and the tenure is 18 in place of actual 14 months.Therefore i requested you to resend me the statement of account as on 08/07/2012 with the corrected details but till now it is not been solved. I have called them several times but they not giving me positive response. For the same i am mentally and physically so harassed by BajajFinServ employee. So plz give me proper guidance to solve the problem.
