Wi-Fi Router not received

I have a YOU BROADBAND connection with 1 year subscription and i was promised to receive a free wi-fi connection but it has been 2 months i have not received it also customer care response as wi-fi connection is out of stock so they cant do anything so i request you to take a strict action against YOU BROADBAND because like me around 300 consumers have not received wi-fi connection
