I am JAYAPRAKASH. I received “w card” and and its provided by senator international .
SENATOR INTERNATIONAL Representative told and confirmed that no any charges for the card and no hidden
charges for the Gift with the card . But Rs 5799/- has been deducted the amount without my knowledge in my HDFC bank credit card by senator international, Gurgaon. So, I am not interested to utilize the “W card” and I return card and other Gifts with the card. Senator international cheated in this regards. I am not interested to use the card by these kind of activities. Kindly cancel the amount Rs. 5799 in my credit card account.
Also Bank is not informed regarding this deduction. i saw this in credit card statement. i sent mail regarding this problem to bank. but no reply from HDFC bank.KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL TO CANCEL THE AMOUNT.
