I am very disappoint with D2H custmer care and their people behaviour, i recharges by ID 62482885 on 11th april, 2013 through online website of d2h. my bank is debit with Rs 250 but i didnt get recharge in my a/c, i this reponse when i called to CC they give me Rs 50 credit and register my complaint by saying your a/c will recharged with in 36 hrs. Now 14th april but still i not got my money in my a/c. After 50 call to customer care they take my commpllaints and assure me i will get my a/c recharged till today itself, but after waiting long time they replied me that they not accept Karnatka Bank’s payment. i want to know how its possible if they are not accepting Karnatka bank payment ten how the karnatka bank is showing the payment list bank.
Inspite of doing my help they people are blamming upon me that you should ask us before doing payment. Its such a case of 420 and really fed up by talking the CC executive they all are making me fool. I request you to listen all the recording conversation for truth of those people.
