Unwanted Balance Deduction

My Balance was deducted by Rs 99 Today i.e 09 Feb 2013.I called the customer care and they are giving me lame excuses. I want to say is that this never happen with me before for more than a year because i always use gprs. I need interent on mobile,but I dont know what happened after I did a recharge of Rs 222, than I did a recharge of Rs 210 for 8gb 3 months(gprs pack) . My balance was high they have started deducting it unnecessarily..
