I am using this number for last few months, today i received message from aircel that i have been subscribed for two of their services named masti maza and game zone and balance was deducted for the same from my main balance .
I never did subscribe for any of those services.
When i tried to call the complaim helpline number,there response was very bad on first time .
Later when i tried the same customer compliant number every time i was told that all their customer representatives are busy and they are receiving heavy traffic . But on the same moment when called from another number i was able to reach them and they assured me that we look upto it bit nothing happened and once again my balance was deducted.
Its a trick for aircel to discomfort their customer .
They deduct the balance and then i guess block our number if we try to reach the customer care .
I want all such rubbish to stop right now and want refund of my balance
