unlimited bill for Postpaid

I, Sanjeev Kumar, R/o 21 A New Arya Nagar Ghazihabad (Uttar Pradesh) is using vodafone No 9716143100 Postpaid connection since 28th June, 2012. The service provider of the above number was Aircel and further changed to Vodafone using portability facility. The latest bill received to me from Vodafone was Rs. 4,896/- whereas I am using the rental plan of Rs. 99/- and Rs. 199/- for internet per month in which 2 GB data download is freee of cost. Without any request from own side and any information, the Vodafone service provider re-imbursed the Rs. 199/- and give the net charges 2 Paisa per 10 KB. Please
