Unfair deduction of deducting 95rs and activating gprs pack

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

I had a complaint that on my 7276879866 docomo a GPRS PACK of 2.5GB was automatically activated and Deducted my 95rs which it has happened today at 11am and i got these problem past days ago also and not refunded my balance these time i will not let it be means these time i want my balance back with gprs or refund my 190rs back its on you what u wanna do u can call me on this number also and please call me before 1pm or after 5pm
