Name of company/service: Aircel
I am using Aircel sim no – 980455238. On 13 Feb a amount of rs. 130 was deducted without any notification. When I Called up customer care I was informed that the balance was deducted against pocket Internet service and when i told the executive that it was not done by me as I am using a phone which is not compatible to internet he then disconnected the call saying it was done by me.
Please help me get my balance refund
