Hi,
On 5 Aug 2012, I received a message stating that the caller tune facility in my phone was activated, which to my knowledge I did not opt for. So I had called the customer care to kindly deactivate the service but all I received was insult and inconvenience with a deduction of Rs.45 currency. I even escalated the issue to the supervisor(SHRIDAR SC) who for no reason cut the call. I have launched this complaint because my currency was cut without any valid reason.
