Subject: Frequenet Power failure & unauthorised power cut
Sir,
I am a consumer bearing no.000226496611 with meter
no.7611128441, residing at ..
Flat no 104, Sanskar co-op hsg society, at Kopperkhairane, In
Sector 2A,plot no.7,
In my residence for the last three months acute frequent power
failure and un authorized
Power cut is imposed by your Kopperkhairane office .
Every day there is power failure or unauthorized power cut to
the tune of 5 to 7 hours.
We have been always making complaint in the phone no.27545566
but the rectification takes
5 hours minimum and again the power failure happens after few hours. While the power is available, every day from morning 5 am to 10
am and 5 pm to 10 pm
No sufficient voltage there by Refrigerator, washing machine and AC not under operation.
The complaint is regular & almost every day intimated to your
office on the above number but
No proper attention or rectification done so far.
While the power not available sufficiently and no proper
voltage, the bill amount comes to the Tune of Rs.7380/- last month and previous month the bill was
Rs.3630/- now in june it is Rs.6000.
Sir, we have very serious problem in the power availability and also the huge billing amount
Which is abnormal for the last few months.
Kindly instruct all concerned to provide the power properly and
also the correct bill on the usage
The power failure is corrected to some extend on 21 st June 2012 but the next bill now is Rs.5920/-
