I had bought two Voucher from www.timesdeal.com online portal transaction id : TD449574 and Coupon Code 1.10141454 2. 250615 by making an online payment of Rs.179.00 through my Credit Card i am required to pay to Vendor “Origen

but when i contacted vendor for an appointment to avail the facility the vendor denied to offer service i sent an email to the above mentioned email id but they are not responding to the email as well.
When i contacted Timesdeal customer care they are suggesting me to avail the offer other center of Origen which is located at :

sir Since i am residing in Gurgaon more over the offer was bought with an intent to be used by my wife as well being parents of a 4 months old infant we are not able to travel to such a distant location to avail the coupon. when i bought this coupon i had the intention to surprise my wife with a gift which could help her feel better, post pregnancy due to hormonal changes she was very depressed the vendor’s behavior of denying to offer service has again had a negative impact on her as she felt very insulting and my effort to make her feel better by buying the coupon could not bring the desired positive results in her instead it proved out to a contributing factor towards her depression.
Sir, when i choose to bought the coupon by making an investment of my time, energy and money i expected some good returns of the same but instead there was no communication by any representative of times deal that the vendor of Gurgaon is not providing service which would have saved us from facing such an embarrassing experience service being denied.
Timesdeal simply is suggesting a refund of money i invested over 2 months ago which i found just not enough to compensate for the embarrassment caused emotional displeasure caused and additional expenditure caused due availing the service at last moment from other service provider.
thus i request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

What your are offering is not acceptable as i invested my time, energy and money to avail the benefit of certain services at a specific time & price, i choose to buy your coupon over and above options available with other service provider at that time period now those option are not available to me secondly because i could not use the voucher bought through times deals i had to pay additional amount in order to avail the services which other wise would not have costed me if i would have used Times deal voucher, not to forget the embarrassment faced due to unprofessional behavior conduct by timesdeal representatives and Vendor of Timesdeal.

No Amount has ever been refunded by any means to me till date as mentioned in your response.
No communication was ever sent to me that the vendor has denied to offer service by timesdeal which would have saved me from facing such an embarrassing experience of service being denied by the vendor even when timesdeal was fully aware that the vendor has denied services to other customer.
why was i not informed of the same ?
