Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is Pallavi. Iam raising this complaint against tikona services. The worst Internet service providers I have ever seen. My uncle P S Arjuna Raju has taken this Prepaid internet connection and since its service is worst, he asked me to disconnect. I called the customer care in the month of March and got its status as inactive. And since it is a prepaid connection we need not pay any amount to them as an outstanding balance and moreover we are supposed to get the waive off amount as well. Instead of getting our money as refund moreover some advocates are calling us saying that there is an outstanding amount to be paid to the company. They are harassing my uncle. He ia an old guy. He is having BP and has heartattack complaints as well. When I called the customer care I never get proper response from them. WHen I searched in Internet I am seeing some thousands of people raising complaints gaainst this service providers . Hence I am raising this complaint against them. Please let me know how to take it forward. Why we are leaving such companies in todays world and letting them to harrass the customers.
Please let me know how can I proceed furthur on this.
