   To curb this menace of illegal constructions, V K Venugopal wrote a nice article on 05 Dec 2013 in Citizen Matters. A very important proposal he made is: “Registration Departments should be instructed to register sale deeds of apartments only after verifying the occupancy certificate. The very first point in Mr. Ashwin Mahesh’s article is this: (a) There must be a LIST of the buildings that are currently identified to have violated the building bye laws or the zoning regulations, and this list must be made public. We should continue to make a list of builders/buildings that are non-compliant. We can add to the list builder:
   M/s. Celebrity Housing Projects have built and marketed several apartment complexes and layouts in and around the premier Electronic City Area of Bengaluru. This builder has blatantly violated the sanctioned plans in every case. Having built apartments with major variations from the initial approved plans, they have never bothered to obtain “Occupancy cum Completion Certificates” from the agencies. So, please avoid buying properties from this builder.

   The Worst Builder in Bangalore
   Hii Guys,
   On going worst apartment Poorvi Shreenivasa Grand in Kanakpura Road Bangalore

   Please don’t fall to this builders bluff. Worst in quality of building. Just says brands names that he used in construction but in reality he uses worst low quality cheapest materials. Not only in construction even in legal documents also bluff , he says OC- CC everything he will give but in reality he won’t. How he will get those certificate’s?? He won’t follow approved plans, construction norms nothing.

   Not only in his construction he is bluff but also in his office also he won’t treat his employees well. First month only he will behave like he is good from next month onwards everything will be charged… He uses volger languages to scold employees as well as to contractors. None of the person will be work in such a dirty place more than a month. If u want to see means just visit his office and see employees and again after 15 days or a month go and see again, you can’t find old people’s you met just 15 days or a month back. Or do simple thing, just go near his office and enquire with surrounding shops , they will clearly say his things. Also his view towards girls and ladies is worst… If a girl talks sweetly means he will definitely try to misuse kindnes… That much worst he is… Please be aware of such a bugs in Bangalore . If customer books flat with him by giving minimum one lakh means definitely he won’t refund it after u cancel means..he will be looks like dual personality
