I would like to bring unprofessional practice which Tata Sky DTH is following.
I am using Tata Sky since almost 1 year.
27th Nov-2012, due to some technical problem i was not able to watch Zee Bangal Movie Channel and then i called customer care to help me out. After brief history, customer care executive told me this channel is not in our frequency range. then i was cut the call.
I did recharge with again 2750 Rs on 1st Jan-13 and i received reminder for another recharge.
I got shocked that normally with my kind of package 2750 Rs should work for at list 365 days but it is not the case.
I have received a call from tata sky costumer care. they are told me that our 1 yr plan is Rs 3080. on the time on recharging from ‘tata true value shop’, they had confirm me that “there 1 yr recharge package is Rs. 2750″. and the result is i have get 305 day recharge(except 365) and a deduction of Rs 160/-.
Surprise to me their escalation team is saying that ‘tata true value shop” personnel had no idea about recharge. we are discontinue your active sports.
They are neither providing audio clip nor giving assurance about redemption.
The concern here is not about the money but about the trust and customer transparency.
I would like to raise a strong complaint on unethical practice is followed by Tata Sky and against humiliation.
Particulars for Packages are as below
Active Sports Monthly Pack – Approx. 45/- Monthly
Wrongly getting deducted since 27th Nov-2012 – Approx. 160/- (27th Nov-12-26th an-13)
Please be aware of Tata as well – who known for their transparency and customer satisfaction index.
