I have taken a promotional campaign of that LSN ( The life style naturals ) on 10/08/2011. Which were valid for the one year from the date of purchase? I have taken the services from there after paying Rs 1500/- which worth Rs 8000/- in which that commitment was given from the representative that you can avail the benefit of Rs 2000/- service at once after 7 days which will be applicable only for the prior appointment. All the services have been avail by me which was not too satisfied services. At the time of taking last service they have create a worth condition after charging me extra Rs 300/- bugs , to say that charges of these services has been increased from there end, As per the promotional campaign it is not mention any where that if the charges will increased then you have to pay extra for the same . Apart of that all the terms has been follow by me as when i entered the place I told that lady who were sitting in the reception that I am here to do take this and that services and I have taken prior appointment for these activity and I have a voucher for those services with is worth Rs 1250/-. as I am having the coupon of Rs 1250/- only .Even That time also no one has given that increased charges updation to us apart of that nowhere is mention that if the charges will increased then it will be charged accordingly. After listing me she visited inside the place to check with the owner and she take app 10-15 minutes to check these details from there owner. After that she has taken me inside and done all the required activity on the same.
When I was going out then she told me that I have to pay extra amount for the services because the charges has been increased.
This is totally cheating with the customer. Kindly suggest what i have to do to claim my amount with them.
