take money to provide emlpoyment

I got the call from aapka roozgaar.com and talked with raj. he told me many benefit about there portal, i believed them and join initially they told its have nominal charge of rs 1685/-. i agreed to join. but when i gone for the procedure they took with me around 12000 rs. that also i paid. but after that also they are asking for money so i told them i want to cancel my service, after oe week they told will tell you the procedure and during cancellation process also they took around 20000/- rs.
