Sir,
We are having DISH TV DTH CONNECTION, Before due date of last year subscription I went to shop for recharging for 1 this year pack. Recharge pack name is World pack. Which includes all my favorite channel including all sport channel at rs. 285 per month. Total amount i paid to shop keeper is Rs. 3500/- for 1 year.
I get service of all channels as mentioned in booklet but after 2 or 3 months they have stopped sport channels in the service list. Same has been complained to customer care and their local representative. But they are saying that now this sport is remove from the pack and you have recharge separate for sport channel.
Sir if i am paying any charges in advance for whole year so it is company responsibility to serve the service.
I need your justice in this regards
