software cd expires in one year

Name of company/service: maxus education pvt ltd

i havve purchased by cash& gift voucher on their help line no-9223224044 , four sets of educational cd,one cd i have activated at the time of purchase.but other 3 cd after one year is not running.on contacting them they say the passward expires in one year but on the product nothing is written.so i want replacement of three cd
