Sim card validation for reliance

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a reliance sim card from reliance web world,Mangalore. While purchasing they said it will get activated with in 2 hours and I need to call to customer care and give my details. Its been almost 5 hours I am fed up of calling customer care none of them answwered. All time that tape recorder used to say all executives are busy , kindly stay online. Once I have almost waited for 30 mins on call.
