I have lodged a request for a free service but had not yet received the service yet… The companies have made it a habit of giving the free service during winter season when the air conditioner does not run… and again during the summer season when the the air conditioner run and service is required they dont provide free service then… please look into the matter… Reference number provided to hitachi is 09903241596
