I have recently taken a videocon dth connection for my television. The order and installation of the new connection got completed within 24 hours of my call. However, over the past 5 days, i am having trouble with the signal and all channels are currently unavailable due to some issue. I have been repeatedly calling their customer care over the last 5-6 days seeking a solution but despite promises from the the company to send a technical expert, none has turned up so far for 5 days. It really makes me furious thinking of the amount of delay and slowness showed by those people. They dont seem to have the same enthusiasm as when they give a new connection. Now they behave so passively which frustrates me. I want to take a legal action against them and demand a compensation if possible. But i am unaware as to whether i can do it
