I booked for a service of my split AC on the 18th May. I was provided with a booking no. But no one from the service center has attended to this call. I got a call from the service center asking me if I need installation of my AC. I informed them that it is for service and not for installation. No one has turned after that call. I have paid extra money of around Rs.5500 for extended warranty and I was informed that the AC will be services twice a year with we calling them, but till date no one come without me calling them. I am feed-up with this service which is pathetic to be least. The customer service center has no trained person. I need my money back.
