Samsung Smartphone suddenly devloped problem just after 2 days of Warrenty.Samsung asking Rs 4000 to repair

This is Sachin Grover writing from pune.I have purchased Samsung 1 9003 for Rs 20099 on 17/11/2011, Suddenly it devloped some problem on 19th July where its started re-starting again & again , when i showed it to samsung service station 0n 19th July 2012 , they clearly told me that your phone is out of warrenty & you have to pay Rs 8000.Later on with all efforts they come down to Rs 4000

At first place service centre told me that they will try heating IC if it survives its ok otherwise it will be dead

I request everybody to please suggets next course of action
