As per HRD Govt. Of India any technical course from distance is not approved and registration from Delhi Govt is not any Value if delhi govt gives permission than its certificate is valid in delhi govt job but you can’t apply emisr is also says that it is valid in delhi metro and many person working in metro with emisr certificate but no person found or management course is valid only after AICTE Approval check AICTE, DEC, UGC, OFFICIAL website
and private company also reject this certificate because employer also know about this why they accept it when there are many person with original study & knowledge present in market
and I also MAKE a FIR against emisr then all shortcut and getting certificate is a 0 valve
