As my Acer Aspiri One laptop left hinge & Monitor Top cover was broken.I went to him and briefed him about the condition of the laptop.In return he assured me that such problems he has fixed in past also and same will be attended & replaced in my case also.

But on 3/7/2013 when I checked nither hinge nor top cover was fixed/replaced.
Rather he fixed had fixed it bt 02 Screw nuts & handfull of Feviquick & for the same he charged me Rs.1800.

I hereby request kindly do the needful.
