reliance netconnect + 1099 unlimited plan: A FRAUD

The company reliance promisies 10 gb of High speed data at the speed of max 3.2 mbs n min 256 kbps for a duration of 30 days.If during these 30 days the high speed limit of 10 gb is consumed then the customer can use unlimited slow speed internet which they call the 1x mode at max 144kbps n min. lets say 0kbps.so if the consumer finishes his 10 gb high speed data balance in one day he has 29 days of free unlimited 1x slow speed usage.hence he can use 1x mode for free at slow speeds for the remaining 29 days.so he has used the high speed 10 gb and now he is using 1x speed low speed internet. but what if his high speed balance is there… n he is using low speed internet to save his high speed internet balance for the last week of his validity…i.e 4th week ,before the 30 days validity gets over.the reliance telecom very conviniently deducts the balance from the high speed data balance even if u use the low speed mode… hence cheating u out of the high speed data balance for what u paid.therby after not giving the said speeds from the day we bought the connection now they are resorting to false commitments n fraud n cheating. Breaking promises and cheating have always been a part of this company but i m writing all this to unearth this malpractise of such companies who try to fool the customers off their rights n what they paid for!
