Sir I have made a online net recharge thru reliance communication on 22 April 2015 . And was using net in cell phone from the date of recharge .
But suddenly I found that my mobile balance was getting down by almost 80 rup. I had again check my mobile data availability and the duration .
I found that I have one more day validity available ( data was also available )
But still my balance was deducted by the reliance company .
At the same time I had call to reliance COSTUMER care .
and discuss my issue .
Company person had given one complaint id and said that your balance was deducted will come in your a/c within 24 hour,s .
After. That I have tried reliance COUSTOMER care more then 10 to 15 times but that have blocked my no.
That,s why I was not been able to communicate further thing,s with company .
And have not received my deducted amount in my a/c as of now .
Kindly guide me how can complaint against reliance communication .
Coz. It,s a fraud done By the company with consumer .
