refunding

Sir, on 3rd june I purchase a wrust watch from above mrntioned company . .on 12 june
I recived the same product having order no29450627 .but it was defective and irequest for refunding after return the product by couriour on my own courier charged . But they return it with again in same condition without free comb pack.Now I request them refunding .but they only give me compaint no and nothing mor .Now iwant help from you hope so .
