Refund in Lieu of book Publishing

Dear Sir,

I am an engineer, and working in Dubai. I have written a novel on my engineering life experience. I have contacted to bibliofili Publishers of Kolkata.After initial round of talk, they forwarded me the Contract letter, and after signing of letter, they demanded for 11,350 rs for getting my book published . I deposited the amount on the name of Sreedip Mitra, A/C 436010100326681 of Axis bank. I transferred money from Dubai from AL-ansari exchange.

After getting the money, he is not responding to my mails nor he is replying to my calls.

this book is my dream for 4 years, but, now i am feeling like cheated, please help em to recover my money, I will contact some other publsiher for getting my book published
