I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 14.07.12 for Rs 17,000/& it started malfunctioning from the 2nd day of purchase, I have lodged a complaint on 17.7.12 & since then till date every day I am continuously following with Samsung costumer care & escalated to their floor supervisors, but till date no service person has visited to rectify this issue.
