I’d ordered a ‘7 inch google android mobile tablet’ from Rediff shopping a week ago and got it today.
I had read a few negative reviews about its services after placing the order on several forum and was a bit apprehensive about the whole thing. Yet, waited for the order to arrive.
And, when it did, i was shocked to see that the packing was all done in a broken card board box and the is a used one with scratches on it.
I just happened to show it to a mobile repairer and he told me that it’s a used one, used for quite a while.
So, literally, Rediff shopping has cheated me by sending me a used device.
Also, the customer service executive (lady) whom I spoke to at about 6:10 PM today listened to the whole thing and put my call on hold which ultimately got disconnected.
This is how the damn shopping site works. There are several poor customers who got duped by this damn company stealing people’s money indirectly several times.
I request for an immediate action towards them.
