Sir,
After the completion of my R/D (12/07/11 to 12/07/12)with Indian Bank the staff told me that by mistake they forgot to deduct my monthly installment of Rs.20,000/- now they are not paying me the interest of Rs. 12,127/-. I complaint at bank web site but I got no response.
How can I get my interest?
