I bought Pure IT on May 5th 2013, with in 15 days of installation leakage on tank observed technician came and complained about installation which was done by their engineer only, fixed temporarly since that other complain started water pureification got delayed taking more than two hours, raised complained every 15 days start of may 2013 end, engineers came and cleaned filter no luck issue was ongoing, I was told to put booster pump, On July 31st booster pump was installed for additional 1500 rupess, it worked for another 15 days then again raised complained then service engineer to change filter i spent another 200 rupees changed the filter, On Sep 2013 it went very worst water smell was very bad, engineer cleaned the filter no luck, since Oct 7th this product is not usable i contacted customer care daily (7th Oct to Till date-19th Oct) raised lot of complaints , every 3 alternate day service engineer came, intially he cleaned filter, on next vist he just came and told he forget tools and left , next time came and cleaned some filter then gone, when ever he came finally told to contact customer care raise complaint, I contacted Local Pure IT service agency they told to contact customer care , they are not ready to speak, In Customer care itself i told to escalate this issue or to replace the product no response every time they told will esclate, really from HUL this is very very worst product, it is kind of cheating product, On june 2013 onwards i started buying Bottle water because this product is no use,
