I purchased on Vox V-71 Tablet from naaptol online shopping. order no. 5766411 on dt. 18/01/2013. after 1 month its inbuilt keyboard stop its working. i called naaptol customer care. they replied to me. they gave only tablet warranty all accessories are not cover under warranty. so i repaired in market. before 7 days my tablet have start problem after charging. i think its software problem. i called to naaptol care. they gave to me 2 mobile no. of vox service. both no. not picked up. i call again to naaptol care and they replied to me they can not be provide service Jaipur (capital of Rajasthan) you can repair in market by local technician. i paid 3500/- for this pc. and they gave 6 month warranty. why should i repair in market. pls resolve my issue. my tablet has totally dad. kindly advice to me what should i do? three days ago i gave this product to delhi service centre. today they are saying that pcb of this tablet is not working. pcb is not covered under warranty. so if you give payment for this we will replace this pcb. why should i pay for this pcb. payment is 1750/-rs.
