Product not delivered after the payment

Name of company/service: fashion and you online shopping site

I made an order from fashionandyou.com.Order number is 2027904.I received partial order.I called them multiple times but no action has been taken by the support team of fashion and you.I have paid the money and according to the rules of fashion and you,product should get delivered within 3 weeks.Its more than one month and i have not received my product.I made an order on 16th of june 2012.I ordered 2 kurtas and one Remanika top.I have not received Remanika top yet.Please take some action otherwise these fraud sites will keep fooling many other people like me.Thanks.
