I have purchased “Blackberry Bold 9000 with 3G” from Naaptol against order no. 3946769 and I Have recd that on 31-May-12. Due to some display error in the phone I have registere a complaint on their customer care, they have suggetsed to send the mobile at their Delhi service center, I have despatched the set on 19-June-12, Now 3 months have been past and in spite of regular follow up with them, they have not depatched the set yet.
Request you to pls intervene and help me to pls get back the mobile
