Post paid deposit not refunded even after 3 months

Dear sir/Madam,

this is to bring in your kind notice that I was holding a mumbai post paid number 9324677656 (relationship number -1036159795)from the past more than 5 yrs.I have paid a deposit of rs. 2000 at the time of taking the phone.

I have recently been transfered to guntur in a.P.So I closed my post paid number cdma phone(09324677656)on 18th april 2012.

I have cleared my bill till that date and received an acknowledgement mail from reliance also.

The reliance webworld executive told me that I will get the refund in min 2 and max 3 months.

Now since 3 months are over on 18th july’2012 I sent a mail to customer care on 25h july 2012 and got my service request ID is 183893277 .

Customercare promised me that the matter will be resolved in 1 week.

Now after 1 week they are telling me that they cannot do anything from their end and I have to visit the nearest webworld for the further assistance in guntur.

Now the issue is whenever I approach webworld they tell me that the number belong to mumbai those people will take care and the customer care people tell me that go to webworld in guntur.

Both of them are simply befooling me. They are treating me like a football.

You are kindly requested to look into the matter and do the needful.
