I subscribed the GPRS net pack of 47 Rs from uninor.
The net is not being connected to Nokia Pc suit.
When called to 198 they are not giving proper answers. They told to call 121.Bit when called their is no option to talk to customer care.They have wasted my 300MBs in 3 days and also harrased me on various backgrounds.
I have been not be able to receive calls as well as messages from other people.when somebody sents a message I get it after 5 hrs and wen i send sometimes it is not delivered.I have incurred a big loss due to this extremely worst service from Uninor.
Their Network is always unavailable, not able to receive or send messages even calls, no proper answers fr0m customer care, not able to speak to 121 service as they dont provide any number to press for that..I m totally harassed from their service. I request all to dont take uninor as mobile operator. They are the ones who cheat frequently.
