Pathetic Customer service of SBI credit card

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: SBI credit card

SBI credit card customer service are so bad they people not even respond the customer query. I have send several mail to their VP Dolly however she has not respond any mail of mine.

    I agree to this. I have recently used my SBI mestro card in one of the resturent and it was decelined. Thy tried 3 times still it got declined. When I tried calling thier customer care, they didnt took this as a serious case even though I know the pain I gone through in hotel when it was declined.The customer care guys told me to wait for 1 days, even after waiting for two days, my money is not yet refunded. I approched the bank also but since my bank is from different state, they asked me to settle it there !! It’s a central bank and the people behave like a foolish guys. I have to sue this bank for my loses and harashment for not having money when in need. It’s a totally pathetic and thank god this is not my salary bank. I never recommend anyone to go for this Bank for sure.
