Pathetic attitude of BookshopofIndia

I ordered one book, on 10 Sep 2012 with Bookshopofindia, site and today afer 14 days, stil i have not got the book.
My oder no is BOI31604A.
On 11 Sep 2012 they called me to say that i have to remit Extra Rs 50 as book price is changed, i remited the same, but stil now ihave not got the book to check the same.
No reponse to my mails. After so much difficulty when i got their phone no. they gave me a registerd id and asked me to go and chk wth post offce saying tat in 30Rs which they are charging a courier can not be expected.
If i had time to go and find in postoffice i might as well have gone and bought the book no needto order online.
Such bad and pathetic experience i never had with any onlie book shop
