Pan Masala Packet in Slice 250ML Bottle

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a slice 250ML bottle from my near shop on 8.08.12 ,the bottle is sealed packed and it is containg a pan masala in it. I have mailed all information to Pepsi co. india on their coustomer care mail it on the same day, but they have not giving any response.

The details are given below :

1st line on bottle : MRP RS 12/L1 B641
2nd line on bottle : 28/06/12 21:44
3rd line on bottle : 28/06/12 B641

The bottle is packed in their Alwar Raj. plant.

I have wrote them two time and called on the Gurgaon office on also.But they are only saying that some will come and check the bottle but no one has come to place.

Please look into the matter and suggest what to do.
