Oxigen, Oxicash, Oximall – Worst Money Stealing Service

Name of company/service: Oxigen Services (India) Pvt. Ltd.

I’m an Oxigen Retailer for past 6 Years with User ID:1144737013. No problem in the beginning. But as time commences, service becomes worst. Before 6 Months, I was not able to login to my account with my login details(With approx Rs1000 in that account).

After that I’ve contacted the customer care and some Oxigen officers more than 50 times through mail and phone, but all of them are saying me to send RESET SMS. But I’m receiving an Error Message instead of the password.

The below mentioned officials said that they’ll solve the problem in 24hours, but they didn’t solved my problem. They are just ignoring my call instead after trying for few minutes.

I’ve my amount still dumped in my oxigen account uselessly for the past 6 months.

As I’m the Oxigen user for past 6 years I’m aware of every option in the website. I know this is their fault. I’d even requested them to transfer amount in this account to another new account or else to refund my amount.

But they are not replying to any mail or call regarding refund of my money.

I had wasted several hours of time and more than Rs:500 speaking to Oxigen customer care executives and regional officials who can’t solve my problem (They just instruct me to call someone else who will also do the same looping process).’

I had also written on Oxigen and Oxicash Facebook pages, they are again asking me to write to a mail ID to which I had already mailed 5 times.

If you’re going to use or already using Oxigen Services, beware of their money looting technique and be safe or else you’re going to lose your money.

I know after seeing this post, some Oxigen official will reply to this post (but not with their own name, instead they depict them as a “Oxigen Care Fan”) asking me again to contact useless Oxigen Customer Care who can’t solve my problem.
