ownership change from corporate to individual

Name of company/service: vodafone

I have requested to vodafone for transfer the ownership for my no.9711996230 from corporate account to individual. Already given all the approvals, NOC and other docs for documents to karol bagh Vodafone store.i have request for transfer it on 22nd oct. 2012 , but till now no solution. pls help
