Not responding to the queries regarding the courier and I think that they have lost it

Name of company/service: Ondot Courier

Actually my friend booked a courier which was containing my PROVISIONAL DEGREE from BHILAI (CHHATTISGARH) having Awb No. 219708531 and was supposed to reach IIT Madras, CHENNAI. It was dispatched from Bhilai on 18th July and it has not reached the destination yet. I asked them to give details but they didnt responded, even they are not giving the address of their office here in Chennai. All the addresses present on their site ‘ondot.info’ are fake along with the contact numbers.

I need that degree to pursue my higher education and if I will not produce it to the administration then my admission will be cancelled.
