Not recieved my Scholarship amount due to Change of Bank name

Location/place: vill – Bhojapur, Dist – Ballia (U.P)

Name of company/service: U.P. SCHOLARSHIP MANAGEMENT

Sir, In session 2012-13 I had applied for Scholarship in B.A II year from ANM P.G. College, Dubeychhapra, Ballia. Also, Acc. to list of U.P Scholarship website I was given Rs 6100 in my account 14162191032918 but the name of my bank is changed to GRAMIN BANK (Bairia) instead of ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE (Bairia) by U.P Scholarship Management mistake and due to which I have not recieved my Scholarship amount.
In this respect I have complained to Samaj Kalyan Adhikari of Vikas Bhawan, Ballia but he said that this fault (Change of bank name) cannot be edited.
