i had purchased Nokia Asha 305 mobile from Online shop of The mobile store on 4th Oct, on same day i called up their customer care and requested them to cancel my product, next day again i purchased the same mobile, iwanted to buy red colour but gray color got booked ,so again icalled customer care and asked them to chnage the color but they asked me to cancel my product and reorder the same so i asked them to cancel the same.
after 2 day(on 7th of Oct) ireceived a msg from mobile store saying that my order will get deliver in 4 working day, so again i called up their call center and told them all the story ispoke with pradeep there, pradeep said your both product had got cancelled it wont get delivered.on 9th oct i received a call from blue dart saying that on 10th they will deliver my product and on 10th they delivered my product.again icalled up customer care and told them that both product had got deliverd, thay said dont worry we will take back the same and refund you the amount in 10 working day, isaid as you delivered two mobile, iwill keep one and return one they said ok,this time i spoke with samarsingh.
on 11th oct Blue dart guy came and he took back one mobile and on 13th oct i called up mobile store customer care and they said we received your product by 25th you will get you refund.
till 29th oct i havent received my refund, when i called their customer care their executive mandar said they havent received mobile yet.
