Not getting 3G signals

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Vodafone 3G dongle

Dear Sir , I purchased a Vodafone dongle 15 days back But I am not getting 3G speed .It means dongle is useless for me . I have visited three times vodafone store & eight to ten times called 111 Still facing same problem . If vodafone is not able to give me 3G speed .I want my money back . My contact no is 9654880611

    This vodafone is fraud. I want my money back for my dongle and my recharge.

    If they have the time to read this then why cant the call immediately. They are making a fool of us man Adnan. Lets go to the consumer court.
