I have an LG Split AC Model LSA 5 ZG 5 NTY 1,
The first complaint with regards to AC not cooling was made in May’12.
First one team came which said there was no Gas and hence will need to send someone to replace GAS. Post that the service team said Indoor unit needs a part that will need to be procured. This took almost 2 weeks plus.

Then once this error was corrected, Another fault with the outdoor unit was located within a few days. Fault registered RNA 120616041338 dated 16 June. SMS were sent, tried contacting area manager and Service centre, No response.
Email sent, again no response.
Latest response, they have ordered Compressor and are waiting for the procurement.

I have had to rent an window AC for which i am paying 3000/- per month rent, which was installed and removed twice.
In the month i used the LG A/c in between faults, the electricity consumption went up 3 times,
Hence, almost 1.5 months of heat, multiple calls, running after LG, getting an Ac on rent, paying double the electricity bill…..
the best part its been 20 days and LG HASNT BEEN ABLE TO SEND ONE COMPRESSOR….

Really need some redemption..
