I had two Airtel postpaid numbers of Pune, Maharashtra which we disconnected and paid the outstanding amount but on recieving the actual bill, we found that we paid extra bill amount charged by them. below is the mail for reference which assures the amount to be refunded by Airtel. Its almost 8 months of assurance , we have not received our refund.
